2. Domestic Shipping (Within India)
Standard Delivery: We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders within India. Each garment is meticulously handcrafted to your unique specifications, and standard delivery typically takes 15 working days from the date of order confirmation.
Rush Delivery: For customers requiring expedited service, we offer a ‘Rush’ delivery option. By selecting this service, your custom-made garment will be prioritized in our production process and dispatched within 7 working days. An additional fee of ₹1,000 applies to this expedited service.
3. International Shipping
We offer international shipping on all our products. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the garment and the destination country. The final shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Shipping Charges: For international orders, a flat shipping fee of ₹2,500 is applied, regardless of the number of items in the order.
Delivery Timeframe: International deliveries are typically completed within 3-5 working days after dispatch. Please note that customs procedures in the destination country may affect delivery times.
Customs and Duties: International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Order Processing Time
Standard Orders: All standard orders are processed and dispatched within 15 working days from the date of order confirmation.
Rush Orders: Rush orders are processed and dispatched within 7 working days from the date of order confirmation, subject to the additional fee.
5. Delivery Conditions
Bali Designer Studio strives to meet the delivery schedules mentioned above. However, certain situations beyond our control—such as customer unavailability, production delays, public holidays, adverse weather conditions, inaccuracies in delivery information, or legal requirements—may result in delays. If the estimated delivery date falls on a weekend or public holiday, the delivery will likely occur on the following working day.
6. Alterations and Remakes
Domestic Orders: We offer a complimentary pickup service for alterations or remakes requested within 30 days of order delivery anywhere within India.
International Orders: Currently, we do not provide alteration services or pickup services for international orders. Customers may return items for alterations at their own expense.
