1. Booking & Order Confirmation

• All orders, including custom bridal blouses, lehengas, and other apparel, require advance booking.

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your order. The remaining balance must be paid before dispatch.

• Once an order is placed and confirmed, modifications may not be possible. Please ensure all details are correct before confirming your order.

 

2. Customization & Design Approval

• Custom-made bridal blouses and lehengas require a detailed discussion regarding measurements, design, and embroidery patterns.

• Clients must approve the final design before production begins. Any last-minute changes may incur additional charges and extend delivery timelines.

 

3. Payment Terms

• Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or any other approved payment method.

• All prices are in [currency] and subject to applicable taxes and shipping fees.

 

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We offer worldwide shipping. Shipping charges vary based on location and order weight.

• Once dispatched, we will provide tracking details. Any delays due to customs or external shipping carriers are beyond our control.

• Customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes applicable in their country.

 

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Orders once placed cannot be canceled after confirmation.

• Since each piece is handcrafted and customized, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

• In case of defects or incorrect items, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos) for review.

 

6. Sizing & Alterations

• Customers must provide accurate measurements. We are not responsible for fitting issues due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

• Minor alterations may be accommodated at an additional cost, subject to feasibility.

 

7. Intellectual Property

• All designs, embroidery patterns, and images showcased on our website are the intellectual property of Bali Designer Studio.

• Reproduction, resale, or unauthorized use of our designs is strictly prohibited.
